Your jewelry is made to shine. Follow these simple care tips to keep your pieces looking iced out for longer.
Keep It Away From Chemicals
Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, cleaning products and other harsh chemicals. Put your jewelry on after applying skincare products or fragrances.
Remove It Before Working Out
Take off chains, bracelets and rings before exercising or playing sports. Sweat, friction and impact can damage the plating, loosen stones or bend clasps.
Avoid Pools and Salt Water
Although our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, prolonged exposure to chlorine and salt water may affect its finish. Remove your jewelry before swimming whenever possible.
Clean It Gently
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints, oil and moisture after wearing. Do not use toothpaste, alcohol, bleach or household cleaners.
Be Careful With Iced-Out Pieces
Pieces covered in stones should be handled gently. Avoid dropping, bending or pulling them, as strong impact may loosen the stones or damage their settings.
Store Each Piece Separately
Keep your jewelry in its original pouch or box when not in use. Store different pieces separately to prevent scratching, tangling and friction.
Don’t Sleep in Your Jewelry
Remove chains, earrings and bracelets before going to bed. Sleeping in jewelry can place unnecessary pressure on the links, clasps and stone settings.
Handle Clasps With Care
Always open the clasp before putting on or removing a chain or bracelet. Do not pull or stretch the jewelry, especially heavier Cuban link and tennis styles.
How should I clean gold- or silver-plated jewelry?
Gently wipe plated jewelry with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth. Avoid aggressive polishing, as it may gradually wear down the plated finish.
How should I clean 925 sterling silver jewelry?
Use the included silver polishing cloth to gently remove tarnish from sterling silver pieces. Do not use a silver polishing cloth on plated jewelry, as it may damage the plating.
How should I clean moissanite and CZ jewelry?
Mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water and gently clean the stones using a very soft brush. Rinse carefully and dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking the jewelry for extended periods.
What should I do if a stone becomes loose?
Stop wearing the piece immediately and contact us. Continuing to wear jewelry with a loose stone may cause the stone to fall out and become lost.
