What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from quality materials, including gold- or silver-plated copper and 925 sterling silver. Depending on the design, pieces may feature cubic zirconia or moissanite stones. Please check each product page for specific material details.
What stones do you use?
We use high-quality cubic zirconia and moissanite. The stone type used in each piece is clearly listed on the product page.
What is the difference between CZ and moissanite?
Cubic zirconia delivers a brilliant look at an accessible price. Moissanite offers greater durability, exceptional fire and a more diamond-like appearance.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes, our jewelry is designed to be waterproof and fade-resistant for everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals, chlorine and salt water.
Will your jewelry fade or tarnish?
Our pieces feature durable plating designed to maintain their color and shine. However, the lifespan of any plated jewelry can vary depending on how often it is worn and how it is cared for.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in the included pouch when you’re not wearing it. Gently wipe it with the polishing cloth after use, and avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.

Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes. We offer one-on-one custom jewelry services, allowing you to work directly with our designers to create a piece that is uniquely yours.
How does the custom design process work?
Contact us with your idea, preferred materials, budget and any reference images. Our team will guide you through the design process and provide full details based on your request.
Can custom jewelry be returned?
No. Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within one business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.90. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Customers in the United States are not required to pay additional import duties. Customers in the European Union are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT or import fees charged by local authorities.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Are custom pieces returnable?
No. Personalized and custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes. Our jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and damage that was not caused by the customer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects and items that arrive damaged or faulty. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or damage caused by chemicals.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, our team will help arrange an appropriate solution.
